1. Appointment Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance via our website.
An active Debit/Credit card may be required to secure your appointment.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $20 cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service.
4. Payment
Payments in the studio can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or gift cards.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Health and Safety
Please inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be unsafe for you or our staff.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 48 hours for a resolution.
7. Conduct
We strive to provide a relaxing environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behaviour.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for booking and service-related communications.
