1. Appointment Booking

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our website.

  • An active Debit/Credit card may be required to secure your appointment.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $20 cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service.

4. Payment

  • Payments in the studio can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or gift cards.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Health and Safety

  • Please inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be unsafe for you or our staff.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

  • All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 48 hours for a resolution.

7. Conduct

  • We strive to provide a relaxing environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behaviour.
